FindThe One.
The First 200 Come First.
We’re building the catalog before we open the doors.
Before we invite the industry in, we’re giving songwriters a chance to build the room. WriterCut Music industry access opens when the launch catalog is ready—starting with the first 200 songs.
No empty catalog. No endless scrolling. Just songs worth hearing.
No spam. Just WriterCut Music launch and industry-access updates.
Built for search.
Not for scrolling.
Search the catalog.
Paid members can filter by genre, mood, tempo, vocal type, lyrical point of view, or demo type. First 10 sees new uploads immediately; Pro sees them beginning on day 11.
No noise. Just songs.
Every writer gets 10 slots. They chose those 10. The catalog stays sharp because the model forces curation.
Save what you love.
Favorite a song. Come back to it. Build a shortlist. The song stays live until the writer pulls it.
Request a hold.
Found the one? Request a fixed 30-day exclusive evaluation hold. The writer accepts or declines. No license, ownership transfer, purchase obligation, or deal is created.
Meet the writer.
Send a complete hold request. If the writer accepts, a private conversation opens and both sides receive direct contact details to arrange a call or meeting.
Clear song details.
Every listing includes the details you need to evaluate the song. Direct contact opens after the writer accepts your hold request.

30 days.
Fixed.
Request a fixed 30-day exclusive evaluation hold on any song. The writer gets notified and accepts or declines. If accepted, the song stays live but is marked held, and the writer agrees not to pitch it elsewhere during the window. The hold creates no license, ownership transfer, purchase obligation, or deal. It cannot be shortened, extended, or renewed.
You find the song and request a hold.
The writer accepts or declines — their choice.
If accepted: the fixed 30-day exclusive evaluation window begins.
Song stays live but is marked as held.
Unanswered requests expire after 7 days. Accepted holds auto-expire after Day 30.
